Following the address, Dr. Imtiaz presented an Ajrak to H.E. Ambassador Mohammed Aamer as a token of appreciation, while Mr. Abdul Razzaq Sheikh presented an honorary shield of Qatar Sindhis in recognition of the Ambassador’s services to the Pakistani community.
In his speech, H.E. Ambassador Mohammed Aamer expressed his delight at participating in this splendid celebration of Sindhi Cultural Day and congratulated Qatar Sindhis for organizing such a vibrant and colorful evening. He emphasized the importance of preserving the Sindhi language and especially urged Sindhi women to ensure that their children learn to read and write Sindhi.
After the speeches, renowned artist from Sindh, Najaf Ali, enthralled the audience with his outstanding performance, while Sindhi comedians Haider Qadri and Asghar Khoso filled the hall with laughter. Ustad Rajab Ali also captivated the youth with his excellent performance.
